1、做梦不等于睡眠质量差。做梦对于情绪调节、记忆巩固有一定帮助;
2、这3种情况更容易引发噩梦影响睡眠:
心律不齐以及胸痛;帕金森氏症、偏头痛以及睡眠障碍;创伤后应激障碍 ( PTSD );3、高质量睡眠的4大因素:
